To order please fill out the Request Form under the Paper Goods, Semi-Custom Collection page. You will receive a reply promptly. I suggest placing your order as soon as possible, it typically takes 1-3 months for the creation & delivery process, though this does depend on my availability.
I offer a TWO-STEP PAYMENT PLAN where your order is split up into 2 payments. The first being the deposit (half the total), which is used to place the order, and second the balance, which will be due before your order is mailed out to you.
If you have any additions to the order (after the deposit has been paid) like adding an invite or envelope addressing this will simply be added to the balance. We cannot reduce the quantity once the order has been placed.
Once the deposit is paid I will contact you via email with several forms for you to fill out for your suite information, envelope color, calligraphy style, and if applicable, addresses.
Please be sure to provide ample time for envelope addressing (about 3-5 wks to hand pen.)
Once the suite content is received I will send you up to 2 digital design proofs. This is where you will look over and provide feedback about any minor changes; such as any changes in information (ex. date/time), or formatting changes.
*If there are any changes made after the proof approval has been sent this will delay the order and may incur a fee.
Once I receive your final initialed approval I will start the printing and paper trimming. As soon as the project is complete and the balance is paid, I will package up your order and mail it off to you! Tracking will be provided.
* Wedding Suites will be packaged unassembled unless you purchase this service
Helpful Tips
All of the information will need to be emailed via the Forms I send you in a timely manner to ensure delivery date, if delayed this will delay the order. Please be sure of the Calligraphy Style & Ink Color selected, there is a fee to re-pen the suite names in a new calligraphy script and/or ink color as this begins the design process again. All original designs are done by hand with pen and ink.
If you are unsure, please let me know to see a simple name sample in the calligraphy styles you are considering.
*Orders cannot begin until all the information is provided. Please carefully look over all the imperative information you are sending: addresses, name spelling, date,& time. Once the suite information is given this will be used to create your suite design, changes made after the suite form has been filled out will delay the order.

Please email me to inquire about custom orders. I will send you a questionnaire about the style/design so I can send you an accurate quote. Custom designs consist of 2 design rounds where you can move wording around, remove info, and/or add information (this does not include a full re-write). If the artistic design or theme of the suite is completely changed (such as changing the suite to a floral design to a Venue sketch) after the deposit has been paid this will incur a fee of $700 and up (this depends on the extent of the change).
Custom maps, poems, logos, and other art projects will be billed according to detail and the design size.
I love being able to create paper goods for the big day itself! I ask that our clients and wedding planners contact me in advance for the day-of good items, at least 2 months before the wedding. A deposit (half of the total) will be due to place the order. Small changes can be made to the balance such as adding a few more menus or programs. Two design rounds are included where small changes can be made for Menus, Programs, Maps, & Signs.

this best illustrates the organic look of my pen & brush designs which creates the old world design I love. With digital printing you will not lose the beautiful ink strokes that calligraphy creates, or the different gradients in watercolor designs.
*Luxury print methods such as foil & letterpress can be requested for most of The Collection designs. Keep in mind compared to digital printing, foil & letterpress will not capture the ink or watercolor aesthetic, which the majority of The Collection is designed for.

Due to the hand written nature of calligraphy every letter will have its own unique appearance, which may result in slight variations between the placement of certain words as each word varies in length and letter formation. This creates a beautiful organic old world style that I aspire to.
Calligraphy designs (aside from hand penned addressed envelopes) are all hand penned with pen & ink, then scanned and edited for printing.
