I typically ask for 2-4 months for the design process, printing, & shipping. This will also be determined based on the size of the order and my work schedule.

I ship via USPS, where you will be given a tracking # for all domestic orders.

I suggest asking for a signature upon the arrival of your package and additional Insurance for large orders.

Yes I offer rush orders, depending on the order and the timeline I will let you know if this is possible or not; if yes, than an additional 20%-35% of your total will be charged for rush fees (depends on amount of time to complete the order).

Due to the handmade nature of my work they are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange. If there is a misspelled envelope I will gladly re-pen and ship. If there is an error on work approved by the client then there will be an additional fee for the extra service which will also prolong the delivery date.

Two digital proofs are provided where you can make minor changes; such as formatting changes, wording changes, and some calligraphy changes. If additional changes are required, there may be a separate fee.
